The wide product range in the field of PCB connectors is continuously extended by the changing demands. In the past years there was a change to unleaded tin surfaces and soldering methods with accordingly high temperature resistant plastics whereas now and in the future the focus is based on PCB connectors in the field of SMD including automatic pick and placeability with help of tape and reel. Furthermore equivalently the progressing miniaturisation of the designs in size and pitch as customer demand is prioritized. The over the past years constantly increased gold price moreover requires a modern manufacturing technology which generally takes into account the savings of resources, especially the gold wastage. The one, two and partially up to three rowed PCB connectors as a male or female header are produced in the standard pitch patterns 2.54 mm, 2.00 mm and 1.27 mm in the requested contact numbers. Different types of contact and solder connection are hold ready. The PCB connectors are accordingly designed for the usual soldering methods – THT, SMD or THR - on the market. Last but not least various PCB connectors are designed in shape, length and pitch according to customer demands.
