Extension of the back panel series with mounting rail attachment

Top-hat rails in accordance with the DIN EN 60715 standard have long been established on the market. They serve as a universal type of mounting for electrical equipment, for example in control cabinets in areas such as automation, control and measurement technology. Especially for such applications, Fischer Elektronik has expanded its existing RKL ... case back panel series by 24 designs for mounting 37 additional case sizes.

The stable rear panels which have a specially developed contour, ensure quick and simple mounting of a case to the top-hat rail. A pressed-in wire form spring made of stainless steel ensures a secure and firm hold. By means of this integrated top-hat rail fastening the case can be placed directly on the top-hat rail making mounting uncomplicated.

Customers can choose between the surface finishes natural colour anodised (ME), black anodised (SA) or electrically conductive transparent passivated (TP). Other surface finishes are available on request.

In addition to surface coating, the core competencies of Fischer Elektronik also include mechanical machinings, so that further processing, such as the insertion of milling pockets and hole patterns or the pressing in of several wire form springs to increase the holding force can be realised according to customer-specific specifications.
